The submerged needle rises with the rise of the liquid level, which has the effect of defoaming.

Cover supply system: it is composed of cover conveying track, cover management head and cover wearing organization. The capping head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation to line up the disordered lids and enter the capping track through the reversing twist. When passing through the capping organization, the bottle hangs the lid and passes through the pressing cover plate to make the lid wear correctly. Capping head: after the eye medicine bottle wears the cover and enters the capping head turntable, press the cover under the control of the cam. At the same time, the cylinder hugs the bottle and the bottle does not move. At this time, the capping head tightens the cover, disengages from the cover and returns to the original position. Tracking filling organization: the servo motor drives the gear and rack to move, and then drives the filling needle to move back and forth. By adjusting the relative orientation of the spray needle frame and the mounting frame, the filling needle can be accurately inserted into the middle of the bottle mouth.
